If we do not make our lives better by contributing to our communities, who else will? At every stage of our lives, there are others around us who can use a helping hand.  We need to give a hand up to all around us, sharing what ever skills and  gifts we are blessed with.  Any day not spent serving our communities is a day wasted and this is the underlying mission of Anandam Lives.
